Day 24 Depart Vietnam. 22.11.24

This morning we fly from Hanoi to Singapore with Vietnam Airlines at 8am local time. We have a 7hr:30 stop over.

We then fly with Qantas to Brisbane overnight. 

After a restless night we were up, showered and ready to go by 4.30am.

When going through security in Vietnam Mark was pulled aside as he forgot he had a battery bank in his suitcase. They took him to a separate room, like a bunker. Freaked me out as he just disappeared from sight and I thought he had followed me through.  They wouldn't let me go back to look for him without going through all the screening first. Luckily when they found the issue he was free to go.

The toilets were an experience.  I just had to push all the buttons.

Our plane departed nearly an hour late.

We had champagne before take off and I managed to spill mine all over Marks side.
